From A$65 an hour, and the rate is the same for Stage 1 and Stage 2. There are no contracts, and you pay after each lesson.
How is a Stage 2 subject assessed?
For most Stage 2 subjects, 70% of your result comes from school assessment tasks marked by your school and 30% from external assessment, often an exam. Tutoring covers both, task by task.
What help can I get with the SACE Research Project?
Yes. A tutor can help you choose a workable question, plan your research and give feedback on how you write up your outcome and the externally assessed part. The research and writing stay your own.
What do I need to complete the SACE?
A C- or better in Stage 1 English and maths, the Personal Learning Plan, the Research Project and enough Stage 2 subjects. Your school's SACE coordinator can confirm your plan.
