A curated network of Florida specialists we know and trust, ready to support your child alongside their Tutero lessons.

Every organization on this page has been personally vetted by our Florida team. When your family needs support beyond the (virtual) classroom, whether that's speech therapy, occupational therapy, ABA therapy, or mental health counseling, these are the providers we'd recommend to our own families. Most accept Step Up for Students.

At MPOWERME, every child and their family are seen, supported, and empowered. Their team blends evidence-based occupational and speech-language therapy with genuine warmth, keeping care individualized, family-centered, and anchored by a deep specialty in sensory integration. Founded and led by therapists with more than 25 years of pediatric experience, they also run Step Up approved enrichment programs that extend learning, participation, and confidence well beyond the therapy session.

Broad Horizons believes kids get to be kids. Through play-based speech and occupational therapy, they meet your child right where their interests are. Their care is individually personalized and culturally responsive, helping kids blossom at home and at school. Families leave with real tools too, so progress continues long after the session ends.

At ABLE, therapy looks different depending on what a child needs that day, whether it be in the clinic, home, or school. Five Central Florida locations and a team of BCBAs, BCaBAs, and RBTs make that flexibility possible. What really sets the tone is culture: values like Choose Happy and Be You mean sessions feel like play, not work. After 21 years serving Central Florida families, with minimal to no wait to start, ABLE has learned that consistency moves kids forward just as much as credentials do.

A creative arts therapy practice serving all ages, combining art-based work with evidence-based approaches like EMDR. Every session is individually built to address root causes, not symptoms, whether the challenge is social interaction, emotional regulation, or navigating a major life transition. Specialized offerings include Power of Pride, a group for LGBTQIA+ teens.
More than therapists, NeuroRehab & Speech Healers walk alongside families as partners, with therapy built around each person. With more than 15 years in speech-language pathology and neurological rehabilitation, their team starts with a comprehensive evaluation, then builds a personalized plan for communication, cognition, voice, and swallowing. In-person care is available in Sarasota and telehealth throughout Florida, so families can start quickly with little to no wait. They accept all major insurance plans, with the exception of Medicaid.

House of Hearts believes communication and heart are at the center of everything they do. Every plan is custom-built, shaped around the everyday settings where a child lives and learns, so support fits real life, not a template. With minimal wait, families can go from intake to their first session in as little as 14 to 30 days. A care coordinator is by their side every step of the way, all in service of one goal: helping kids progress, grow, and shine.

InBloom believes every child deserves the opportunity to bloom. Their naturalistic, play-based sessions feel like fun while staying grounded in real clinical science. Across 9 Learning Centers in Florida, their team walks alongside families from the moment of diagnosis through the start of ABA therapy and beyond. On-site diagnostic evaluations are available for children aged 18 months to 4 years. Every plan starts with understanding the why behind a behavior, not just addressing it.

At Spectrum Analytics, care starts with really knowing each child, their strengths, environment, and goals, not just their diagnosis. Every treatment plan is BCBA-led and built around smaller caseloads, so families get direct clinical supervision from a familiar, consistent care team. Evidence-based ABA therapy pairs with genuine family-centered support, and progress is tracked continuously so everyone can see what's working. Whether it's behavior consultation, developmental assessment, or caregiver training, the goal is always the same: meaningful, measurable growth for every child.

Led by Caroline Tindale, M.S., CCC-SLP, Caroline's Speech Retreat is the only Tallahassee-area practice recognized by ApraxiaKids for its work with Childhood Apraxia of Speech. Alongside speech therapy, the team offers dedicated reading support, building comprehension, spelling, and writing for the students who need it most. Care is available in person or by telehealth, and families feel supported at every step of the process.

With five locations across Miami and Orlando, My Kid Therapy Center brings together a large team of RBTs and BCBAs to deliver ABA therapy at the center, at home, or at school, whatever fits a family best. Their philosophy is simple: every client is treated like part of the family, and no two plans look the same because no two children do. They also offer free transportation for enrolled clients, picking up and dropping off at home or school so consistent care is one less thing for busy families to solve.

Dailey Therapy believes every child deserves personalized, evidence-based care to help them communicate, connect, and thrive. Their pediatric speech-language and physical therapy team builds individualized plans around each child's needs, specializing in speech sound disorders, childhood apraxia of speech, dyslexia, language delays, literacy development, and neurodiversity-affirming intervention. Their PT services help children with disabilities build gross motor skills and independence. With a family-centered approach, they partner with caregivers so skills carry beyond the therapy session. Proud to serve the Forgotten Coast, Dailey Therapy brings mobile and telehealth services to families regionally.

Founded and solely run by Amy Williams, MS, CCC-SLP, Talkative Tallahassee brings speech-language therapy directly to where kids already are: home, school, or daycare. Beyond core speech and language work, Amy supports Gestalt Language Processing, sensory needs, and executive function skills like attention, working memory, and self-monitoring. She also offers literacy support, assessing the root cause of a reading difficulty, then building the phonological skills and reading comprehension a child needs to move forward. As a therapist-owned practice, every child gets Amy's full, personal attention, session after session.
